I’m Lewis Rudall owner of Lake Road Electrical, a local family-owned and operated business.
I`m both UK & NZ fully qualified electrician with over 15years of experience in the industry. My wife & I started Lake Road Electrical Ltd with the intention of working locally with a focus on residential service & maintenance and servicing local small businesses.
My journey began in Wales-UK where I was born and qualified as an electrician with distinction. I met my wife Nada in Australia and we moved to NZ in 2015 and called it our home. Our family has expanded since and we now have two beautiful children; our 22-month-old son Thane and daughter Athena who’s just 4 weeks old.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical sectors but I always knew our passion was serving residential customers. We knew this will not only allow us to be in service in our neighborhood, but give me an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience; as to how the right electricals can make a big difference in someone’s home (aesthetic and safety), to their lifestyle & wallet, but most importantly we’re passionate about educating homeowners of the importance of safety – which I believe is paramount but often overlooked.
I have also observed bad practices and vowed not to bring them with me. Our work ethic is (1) there is no substitute for quality, (2) reliability, honesty, and integrity are key performance indicators, and (3) customer satisfaction is paramount.
